FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
SECTION 1 - HOW LONG DOES A DELIVERY TAKE?
Switzerland: 1-2 business days
UK: 1-2 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days, depending on the country. Please take a note of the average delivery times in your selected country checkout page before confirming your order.
SECTION 2 - MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED
Our warehouse teams take special care when dispatching orders but occasionally your parcel can be damaged in transit. We recommend that when you receive your order, you carefully check the item(s) received. If you notice any problems with your order you should notify our customer care team on customercare@purelosophy .com
SECTION 3 - MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery times our customer care team will be happy to locate your order for you. Before getting in touch please check:
1. Your Shipment Confirmation to ensure we have the correct address for your order and that your contact details are up date
2. If you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from:
DPD for shipments in Switzerland
DPD/GLS for shipments in Europe
APC for shipments in the UK
3. Checked with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf
4. Look in safe areas around your delivery address where the delivery driver may have left your parcel e.g. behind a bin or in a shed, garage or porch If you are still unable to locate your parcel please contact our customer care team on
SECTION 4 - DO YOU DELIVERY TO WORK ADDRESSES?
We can offer delivery to your permanent residential address or your place of employment (as long as it is not a PO BOX address). If you want your delivery to be sent to your place of work make sure you input these details into the 'Shipping Address' at the checkout. Please also be confident that there will be someone at your work who will be able to sign for the parcel upon receipt and ensure it gets to you as we cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing once they are signed for. Do you deliver to PO Box Addresses? Unfortunately we do not offer a delivery service to PO BOX addresses. If you have input PO BOX details as your shipping address, your parcel will be returned to us. If this is the case please contact to rearrange delivery.
SECTION 5 - WHO WILL DELIVERY MY ORDER?
We selected the best courier appropriate to the shipping destination and cost of our shipments to offer where possible, depending on the size of the order, the free delivery. All of the orders that we send out are traceable and you should receive a tracking number in your 'Shipping Confirmation' email.
SECTION 6- HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We offer the following payment options for you to choose from including:
1. PayPal that also process the following credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery/Diners Card).
2. Debit and Credit Cards that will be offered shortly through a dedicated merchant account:
